OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! HELP HELP HELP!!!!  My insides feel like they are splitting. The spindle fibers are shortening and in turn splits the centromere. The separated chromatids are going to opposite sides and it hurts so bad... HELP! Help! help...
